About Me

Hi, friend! I’m Sydnee!

First and foremost, I’m a mom of 2 and wife to an incredible husband. The 2 best jobs I’ve ever had!

Outside of that, I’m a Registered Dietitan and ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist. I got my MS in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2016. A few years later life gave me the opportunity to pivot and focus on nutrition. In 2021 I received my MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama.

Using my background in both of these fields, I’m better able to provide well-rounded support to clients. And it’s so much fun.

Food is so much more than fuel, and exercise does not have to feel like punishment. We can work together to find ways to solve your health and wellness problems that are actually enjoyable. Wanna lose weight and still eat ice cream? Cool. Want to reduce your cholesterol and hate jogging? Ok! I love brainstorming with clients to come up with practical, enjoyable solutions.
